We build Trajenda for road hauliers: one app for planner, driver and customer, at €39 per truck per month, cancellable monthly.
The idea for Trajenda started in the car: Rares, Alec and Alec's father on a drive together, where the father talked about the problems he runs into in his work. He works as a driver himself and ran his own transport company for twelve years.
What he described about how things work today: no software, nothing at all. Orders arrive by email, the planner prints them, screenshots the printout, and forwards it by WhatsApp - location is already shared in a WhatsApp group. So Trajenda is not competing with other software, but with that habit.
His insight that the planner is not the buyer - the planner chases and calls customers, while management or the director makes the invoices and signs the contract - is why the product has a management screen next to the planner's.
As a haulier, he had been through an annual contract with silent renewal himself: a year paid for without getting anything from it. That is why monthly cancellation is the default at Trajenda, and an annual plan only a deliberate choice.
We are looking for carriers willing to be among the first to run on Trajenda. You get the usual 14-day free trial with no payment details; by arrangement we can extend that for as long as the pilot runs.
There is no customer story to show here yet - the first pilots have not started. Once one is running, we will put the real result here, with a real name and company, not an invented one.
