Trajenda is the app by Trajenda v.o.f. for transport companies. Your account belongs to the company you work for. This is how you request its deletion, and what happens then.
Can you no longer log in? Ask your employer, or email contact@trajenda.com from the email address of your account. Do you use a carrier’s customer portal? Ask that carrier.
Your name, phone number, email address, password and login; notifications on your devices; your location history; and the expiry dates of your driving licence and certificates.
Trips, consignment notes, proofs of delivery, photos, signatures, messages, shift times, expenses and invoices are company records. They stay, without your name, for as long as the company must or wants to keep them. By default: invoices and documents 7 years (tax retention), shift times 2 years, messages 1 year. The change log records that an account was deleted.
